Honoring Those Who Served. Supporting Those Who Still Need Us.
Military service can change a person’s life.
For some, the hardest part does not end when the uniform comes off.
Veterans and service members may carry stress, grief, trauma, or painful memories. Some live with PTSD, anxiety, or depression. Others struggle with the move back to civilian life.
Military families can feel these changes too.
At the Love Compassion Hope Suicide Prevention Foundation, we want veterans and their families to know one thing:
You do not have to face this alone.
Support for Veterans and Military Families
Every veteran has a different story.
Some people need help after a hard event. Others may struggle years after their service ends.
There is no set time for healing.
Our goal is to make it easier to find help, tools, and trusted resources.
You may be looking for help with PTSD. May need tools to manage stress or strong feelings. You may want suicide prevention resources. Or you may simply need a place to start.
Whatever brings you here, support is available.

Stand Down Ecosystem
The Stand Down Ecosystem was made for veterans and military members.
It includes the Stand Down book and the LCH-Stand Down app.
Together, they offer tools for PTSD, stress, trauma, and hard days.
You can find grounding tools, ways to calm your body, help with sleep, and support for difficult memories.
There are also tools for family life and the move back to civilian life.
The goal is simple.
Give veterans useful tools they can turn to when they need them.
Veterans Resources
Finding the right help can be hard.
Our Veterans Resources section brings helpful information together in one place.
You can find crisis help, mental health care, peer support, and VA resources.
You can also find help with housing, jobs, money, family needs, and other parts of life after service.
There are national, state, and local resources available.
You do not need to know exactly what you need before you begin.
Sometimes the first step is simply knowing where to look.
Mental Health Matters After Service
Being strong does not mean ignoring pain.
It does not mean hiding PTSD, grief, fear, anger, or stress.
It means knowing when something is becoming too heavy to carry alone.
Talking can help.
Treatment can help.
Connection can help.
And asking for help can save a life.
Our Commitment to Veterans
We believe veterans deserve care, respect, and support.
We will keep working to provide tools and resources for veterans and their families.
You served our country.
Now, when you need support, there should be people ready to stand beside you.
Your service matters. Your mental health matters. & Your life matters.
You are not alone. Help is here. Hope is here.
